Welcome to our online marketplace for career support services. As well as offering services directly ourselves (as inkscroll), we also partner with accredidated coaches and sell their services on their behalf. Our services are currently UK focused.

How can I buy one of your products?

It’s pay-as-you-go so to purchase a service:

1. Choose

Decide which service you want.

2. Purchase

Buy it. It can be used right away or later when you need it.

3. Use

You decide when you want to redeem your purchased services.

Do I have to sign up to inkscroll.com before I can use these career support services?

No, you don’t have to. But if you’re getting coaching from an inkscroll Career Coach, we recommend that you do (there’s an inkscroll free subscription plan) as we can then see your scroll details and prepare for your coaching session.

Can I gift a service to someone?

Yes, you can gift a service. Please use your email address for the purchase and when you are placing the order tell us who you would like to gift it to; their name and contact details and if there’s a message you want them to receive with it.

What are your working hours?

Our working hours are UK business hours during Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays, 9am – 5pm.

Do you offer work visa sponsorship assistance services?

No, unfortunately at this time we cannot help you with your work visa sponsorship.

I purchased a service by mistake, can I get a refund?

As long as you haven’t booked or redeemed your service, yes. Please tell us in writing that you want a refund. We will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days after deducing an 8% administration fee.
