- We anticipate it will take 20 minutes for you to set the scene and share your thinking on what changes you would like to make and why, with us being a little inquisitive
- We spend the next 20 minutes exploring different paths and what that may mean for you and discuss timing too
- Last 5 minutes are spent going over an action plan for you
